My experience was subpar due to the lack of accessibility. Navigating the hotel was cumbersome as there were multiple locks and stairs to manage just to get to my room. I felt a glaring lack of privacy, as I had to hand over my room key every time I left.

The location couldn't be any better, as it's just a short walk to both the fine Piazza del Plebiscito and the famous Castel Nuovo. Plus, the staff were friendly and quick to offer tips on nearby cafes and landmarks that enriched my stay.

I was almost ready to give this hotel a good review, but three door locks that I had to ring three times? That's a real inconvenience. I also received a dinky double room instead of the triple I booked. For 110 € a night, I expected at least a complimentary drink for my troubles. Disappointing, to say the least.

The jacuzzi was broken, but the room was pretty comfy.

Navigating to the lobby involved steep stairs, which could be challenging for some guests. There was no breakfast available, and the surrounding noise was disruptive at night.

The hotel has a lovely atmosphere with friendly staff who offered great local tips. A nice touch was the comfortable room complete with a hot tub, perfect after a day of exploring. It felt secure as guests had to buzz in, keeping the area calm despite the bustling street outside.

Stayed at lanfipe palace for 3 nights, and the location was fantastic, right in the town center. The staff were nice and attentive. The room was big and cozy, perfect for our family. We also appreciated having tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Could improve soundproofing.

We had a wonderful family stay, especially with our dogs. The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of Naples, and we were really surprised by how quiet it was despite being on a busy street. The staff was excellent, and, just like when Marco helped us with local spots.

My wife says that the air conditioning didn't work, and the jacuzzi leaked. It would be great if they had a reliable cooling system.
